PORK CHOPS WITH MUSHROOM AND
SOUR CREAM
 
8 pork chops, flour and slightly brown
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 chopped green pepper
2 onions, sliced in rings
Few stalks celery, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
White wine

Put pork chops in 2 quart casserole. Combine remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour over pork chops. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Serve with potatoes.
