SWISS & CRAB PIE 
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 baked 9 or 10 inch pastry shell
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained, flaked or 1 pkg. Crab Delights
2 green onions, sliced
3 beaten eggs
1 c. half and half or light cream
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
Dash of ground mace
1/4 c. sliced almonds

Sprinkle cheese evenly over bottom o pastry shell. Top with crab meat; sprinkle with green onions. In medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, half and half or cream, lemon peel, dry mustard, and mace. Pour evenly over crab. Top with sliced almonds. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with snipped parsley, if desired.
