CHRISTMAS BOURBON BALLS 
3 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. ground nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. whiskey (or any liquor)

Mix nuts and wafers together. Mix with remaining ingredients. Pinch off enough dough to form a ball the size of a large cherry. Roll in additional powdered sugar. Keep refrigerated. Makes 25 to 35.
