RUM OR BOURBON BALLS 
3 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa, unsweetened
1 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. rum or bourbon

Mix dry ingredients; add syrup and bourbon then add nuts. Mix well to form 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar until well coated.

TO MAKE RUM BALLS: Leave out cocoa and substitute rum for bourbon.
