NACHO DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 bottle chili sauce
1 can shrimp, drain (optional)
1 pepper, chopped
1 sm. can black olives, chopped and drained
5 scallions, chopped or 1 sm. onion
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Mozzarella cheese

Layer items in order, starting with cream cheese and end with Mozzarella cheese in a 9 x 12 inch glass pan. Use glass pan - 8 x 8 inches for in microwave. Cook 8 minutes at 50% power. Turn after 4 minutes.

This can be cooked in regular oven, about 15-20 minutes or until cheese bubbles. Serve with Nacho chips!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
