NACHO DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Tostitos

Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper. Drain. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese) and cook until well mixed. Place in 9 x 13 inch glass dish and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until hot and bubbly. Serve with tostitos.
