TEX MEX DIP 
2 lg. bags Tostitos corn chips
2 cans refried beans
4 ripe avocados
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Taco seasoning mix
1 c. onion
3 med. tomatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Pitted black olives

Arrange in layers on 2 large serving plates: 1st layer - refried beans; 2nd layer - avocados, lemon juice, salt, pepper (mix well); 3rd layer - sour cream, mayonnaise, taco seasoning (mix well). Sprinkle chopped onion and tomato, cheese and black olives on top.
