TEX MEX DIP 
2 cans refried beans
2 to 3 ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 med. chopped tomatoes
Ripe black olives

On a platter or dinner plate spread a layer of refried beans, using all the beans. Mash the avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread over beans. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning. spread over avocado. Sprinkle with cheese, green onions, tomatoes and black olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
