SUPER NACHO DIP 
1 lb. sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 can refried beans
1 lg. jar taco sauce
2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Parmesan cheese
Sour cream (optional)
2 (3 oz.) cans chopped green chilies

I find that one is actually enough, but if you like it hot, have at it.

Cook sausage and onion; drain; spray casserole dish with Pam; layer dish with refried beans, sausage, onion, green chilies, 1/2 of taco sauce, cheeses, remaining taco sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; add dollop of sour cream, if desired.

This recipe actually makes two casserole dishes. Cut in half for only one serving.
