TEXAS STYLE SUPER NACHOS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. commercial taco sauce
1 c. chopped ripe olives
2 (6 oz.) cans frozen avocado dip, thawed
1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream

Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain well; add salt and pepper. Set aside.

Spread beans in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish; layer meat mixture, green chilies, cheese, and taco sauce on top of the beans. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is thoroughly heated. Remove from oven. Sprinkle olives evenly over top of mixture. Top evenly with avocado dip and sour cream. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
