MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. uncooked macaroni, cooked & drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise (may use 1 c.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion
1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp is best)

Combine all ingredients. Bake in casserole dish for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
