MACARONI CHEESE SALAD 
1 c. elbow macaroni, cook, drain and cool
1 (12 oz.) can chopped ham, cut in strips
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 c. celery, bias cut
1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. sliced green onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 c. drained pickle relish
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine first 8 ingredients. Blend mayonnaise, mustard and salt. Add to macaroni mixture, toss lightly. Chill. Serves 6.
