HAM ROLLS 
30 thin slices boiled ham
1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & well drained
2 c. sour cream

Combine spinach, stuffing mix and sour cream. Spread on ham and roll. Lay seam side down in casserole. Pour Cream Sauce (or 1 can cheddar cheese soup diluted with 1/2 can water) over Ham Rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.

CREAM SAUCE:

8 tbsp. butter
8 tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Melt butter in saucepan; add flour, blend well. Add milk and continue stirring over medium heat until thick. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts.
