CHICKEN STUFFED WITH HAM AND
CHEESE
 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
4 thin slices cooked ham
1/2-1 c. cheese, grated (any type)
1-2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. white wine

Flatten chicken pieces with mallet. Place a slice of ham and desired amount of grated cheese on top of each chicken piece. Roll up each chicken piece, jelly roll style and until string around each end to hold it together.

In frying pan, melt butter. Place chicken "rolls" in pan and brown on all sides. Add 1/2 cup white wine, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes. Remove string before serving.
