HAM & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
5 - 6 med. sized potatoes, cooked and diced
2 c. ham, cubed
5 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

For cheese sauce, melt butter in sauce pan. Remove from heat. Stir in flour and milk. Cook until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese and melt. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and ham and mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered. Optional: Shake paprika over casserole before baking.
