Loved them! I adjusted the recipe a little. I put in taco seasoning in the cream cheese instead of the spices, and used turkey bacon! very yummy!

I absolutely LOVE these jalepeno's. I get rave reviews everytime I make them for a get together. This is the best recipe that i've tried. Next time I will try them with the taco seasoning (sounds yummy).

Wonderful!!!! My husband and I fought over the last one! I used bacon bits too, much easier and faster.

You can also mix a little crab meat to that cream cheese for the South Texas version.

This is great but what I did was stuffed them then wrapped the raw bacon all around the pepper tight then baked them. "South west texas style". I bet lemon lime shrimp would be GREAT and YUMMY!

I make this every year, but change it up a bit each time, last year I mixed in ground sausage then wrapped each with the bacon, they were gone in less than 1 hour - two dozen.

This is one of my family's favorites! We do mexican food every year for Christmas and these are always the first things to get eaten. I mix a package of the dry ranch dressing mix in with the cream cheese. Gives it a little different flavor.

FANTASTIC! I did this on the grill. I first cleaned/split and wrapped Jalapeno's in heavy duty foil - grilled until done, removed - let cool a little - then stuffed - rewrapped and heated for approx. 15 minutes. WOW!!!! This is a keeper.

This recipe is also excellent - if you use Hormel Bacon Bits and mix with the stuffing.

Awesome! Added a diced habanero to the cheese mix for a more well rounded heat. Really addictive.

I made 2 changes to the recipe and that was to change the cheese to "asiago" cheese and to wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each pepper. The 15 people at the gathering went wild and the complete stock of peppers were gone in a few minutes. I almost didn't get any myself.
