RAISIN PINEAPPLE PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. raisins
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. walnuts or pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs and remainder of ingredients. Mix and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.

To be honest, it has a good flavor but is very dry. Next time I make it I will find a recipe that uses the pineapple juice. The pie taste good and is not overly sweet, just very dry. As far as preparation, I don't think it could be simpler. If you like a dry pie, this is for you.
