RAISIN SAUCE FOR HAM OR PIE 
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a pan. Cook until thick. Serve over slice ham or use as a pie filling.
