2 1/2 c. light brown sugar 1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand condensed milk 1 c. pecan halves 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter 1 tsp. vanilla Using low heat and stirring constantly, cook sugar, butter and Eagle Brand to 236 degrees. Remove from heat, add vanilla and stir until mix thickens. Drop onto buttered surface and place a pecan half on each praline. Let cool. |
