EASY PEACH COBBLER 
4 c. fresh or frozen sliced peaches, thawed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
Vanilla ice cream

Combine peaches and 1/2 cup sugar; let stand 10 minutes. Melt butter in a 9"x13" baking pan; set aside. Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl, add milk, mixing well. Pour batter into prepared baking dish (do not stir). Pour peach mixture evenly over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.

My 8 year old daughter made this today for our dessert tonight. She did a combo of frozen peaches, strawberries and black cherries. Did not change anything else. It was so simple for her to make and so delicious. A keeper for this family! Thank you!
