APPLE CHICKEN TOSS SALAD 
4 c. lettuce, shredded
2 c. apple, diced with peel
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

In a large salad bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine the rest. Pour on salad. Toss and serve.
