CHINESE CHICKEN TOSS SALAD 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into chunks
1 1/2 heads lettuce, shredded
3 to 5 green onions
1 (4 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
1 (3 oz.) can Chow Mein noodles
1/4 c. sesame seeds

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Tarragon vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Just before serving, add almonds, noodles, and sesame seeds. Toss with dressing. Serves 6 to 8.
