CHEESE BALL 
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c. powdered sugar (sifted)
3-4 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Beat on a medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Add more milk for a creamier texture. Shape into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans. Chill overnight or for several hours. Serve with apple slices or whole wheat crackers.
