FRENCH ONION SOUP 
2-3 lg. onions
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
8 c. beef broth
Olive oil
Garlic clove
Mozzarella cheese
Croutons
Toasted Italian bread slice

Slice onion and saute in butter until onion is clear. Sprinkle 4 tablespoons flour on the onions and stir constantly on high heat for 4 minutes. Add 8 cups of beef broth and simmer at least 45 minutes.
