HAMBURGER POTATO HOT DISH 
5 med. potatoes
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. green beans, cut in pieces
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
Salt & pepper

Peel potatoes and slice 1/4 inch thick. Put in bottom of 2 1/2 quart casserole dish (buttered). Put the onions on top of potatoes and the green beans on top of that. Crumble the ground beef (raw and seasoned with salt and pepper) on top.

Mix the 2 soups together in small bowl, then pour over the ground beef. Mix in slightly. Bake at 350 degrees, covering for first hour then uncover and bake 1 hour longer.
