RUTH'S POTATO AND HAMBURGER HOT
DISH
 
2 lbs. ground beef
Salt and pepper
2 cans milk (to dilute soup)
Potatoes
1 sm. onion, cut up
2 cans mushroom soup

Cook meat and onion in frying pan long enough to change color. Add salt and pepper. In baking pan, put 1 layer of sliced potatoes (raw), then meat mixture, then pour the mushroom soup mixed with milk over all. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
