ZESTY ITALIAN GRILLED CHICKEN 
4 chicken thighs (bone-in)
1/4 (16 oz.) bottle zesty Italian dressing (Kraft)
salt and pepper, to taste
outdoor grill (gas or charcoal)

Marinade chicken the night before with zesty Italian dressing (I use a Ziploc and place in refrigerator).

Before grilling, season chicken with salt and pepper and set outdoor grill to medium/medium high heat. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes per side, paying close attention to not charcoal the chicken skin before the inside meat is cooked thoroughly.

Chicken comes out very succulent and juicy to the bone! Serve with your favorite side salad, vegetable and a roll.
