"ITALIAN" GRILLED CHICKEN | |
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or whatever you like to use) Marinade: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup vinegar (any kind you like) 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix 2 tsp. dried Italian herbs Place mayonnaise, vinegar, contents of packet, and herbs in a resealable plastic bag, and shake until blended Place chicken into bag, and re-seal, squeezing out as much air as possible. Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours (better if overnight!) Cook on a preheated grill over medium heat until no longer soft and pink (160°F on a meat thermometer) and let rest 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4. Submitted by: Ron Nichols |
