SPAGHETTI WITH BUTTER AND
PARMESAN CHEESE
 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. cream
5-6 oz. dried pasta or 4 oz. fresh
Parmesan cheese

In a small saucepan, melt butter in cream over medium heat. Cook pasta and toss with butter and cream mixture. Add Parmesan to taste. Makes one serving. Optional: Sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
