BUTTER HERB BAKED FISH 
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. crushed saltine crackers
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. each basil leaves, oregano powder and salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. frozen sole or perch fillets, thawed and drained

In 13x9x2 inch pan, melt butter in oven. In separate bowl combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt, garlic powder. Dip fish fillets in butter and then in crumb mixture. Arrange fish fillets in pan. Bake near center of 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4.
