BUTTER HERB BAKED FISH | |
1/2 c. butter 2/3 c. crushed crackers (15) 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. each basil leaves, oregano leaves & salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 lb. frozen sole or perch fillets, thawed & drained Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 13 x 9 inch baking, melt butter in preheated oven (5-7 minutes). Meanwhile, in 9 inch pie pan, combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt and garlic powder. Dip fish in butter and then in crumb mixture. Arrange fillets in pan. Bake near center of 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until fish is tender and flakes with fork. Serve immediately. |
