Frozen spinach (an appropriate number of pkgs.)
Bacon

Dice the bacon, frying it just a little more than slightly. Don't brown it as you're going to continue to cook it with the spinach. Add the frozen spinach and stir as it thaws. Do not add any water to the skillet. Serve when heated thoroughly.
