APPLE BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Beat together sugar, oil and eggs. Sift together all dry ingredients and add to first mixture.

Now add: 3 c. chopped apples 1 c. walnuts (optional)

Beat well and pour into 2 regular bread pans that have been greased and floured. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
