APPLE CINNAMON BREAD (Low Sugar) 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. Sugar Twin
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. salad oil
3/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar-free applesauce
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts

Measure ingredients (except nuts) into large mixing bowl; beat on medium speed 1/2 minute, scraping sides and bottom of bowl constantly. Fold in nuts. Pour into 9x5x3 inch greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
