PENUCHE 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. milk

Cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until it comes to a rolling boil. Cook about 5 minutes more or until soft ball stage. Put pan into cold water and beat until thick but don't let fudge get cold. Add 1 tablespoon butter while it cools. Beat good then add some chopped walnuts. Pour onto waxed paper. Good.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE:

Follow same directions as Penuche. 2 sq. melted chocolate 3/4 c. milk
