BREAKFAST CASSEROLE SUPREME 
English muffin bread
1/2 to 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 to 1 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
3 to 4 pkgs. Buddig's ham slices
9 eggs
3 1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 c. Rice Krispies
1 stick butter

Grease 9 x 13 pan or casserole. Trim crust off 6 slices of English muffin bread, butter and place on bottom of pan with buttered side up. Spread 1/2 to 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover cheese with ham slices. Cover ham with 1/2 to 1 lb. shredded Swiss cheese. Mix 9 eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour over bread. Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours covered.

Crush 4 cups Rice Krispies and add 1 stick melted butter. Spread over top and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

MUSHROOM SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 pt. sour cream

Heat in double boiler or microwave and allow individuals to pour over individual servings as desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
