EASY COFFEE CAKE 
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. applesauce
1 pkg. Martha White Bran Muffin Mix (7.4 oz.)
1/2 c. raisins, if desired

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8 or 9 inch square cake pan. Combine ingredients and stir to blend. Pour into pan. Mix Streusel Topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. About 8 servings.

Streusel Topping:

1/3 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
