1 box cottage cheese
Almost 1 c. sugar
3 whole eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. melted butter

Beat and bake in unbaked pie shell about 25 or 30 minutes until well done. It will be firm, not soupy at 350 degrees. It's delicious!
