COTTAGE CHEESE CUSTARD PIE 
1 (10-inch) unbaked pie crust
1 c. cottage cheese
dash salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs separated
1 c. cream or evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together cottage cheese, salt, sugar, flour, egg yolks and cream. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and pour into pie shell.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 1 hour. Delicious served with maple syrup.
