WARM CURRIED FRUIT 
1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves
1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (4 oz.) jar Maraschino cherries
1 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. melted butter
3 tsp. curry powder
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. brown sugar

Mix drained fruit and raisins and place in a 2-quart casserole. Mix last 4 ingredients and pour over fruit. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cover and chill.

Reheat following day. Especially good with salty meats or brunch dishes. Yield 10-12 servings.
