CURRIED HOT FRUIT 
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. curry
1 lg. can pears
1 lg. can peaches
1 (#2) can chunk pineapple
Maraschino cherries or mandarin oranges, if desired

Melt butter, add sugar and curry, drain fruit, top with butter. Mix. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. (Can be done several days ahead and reheated in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes). Serve warm.
