1 (12 oz.) pkg. mixed dried fruits 1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling 1/2 c. dry sherry 1/4 c. water 1 to 2 tsp. curry powder Halve large pieces of fruits. In a 2 quart casserole, combine dried fruits and undrained pineapple chunks. Combine pie filling, sherry, water, and curry powder. Pour over fruits. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour. 8 servings. This is excellent with pork or ham, served warm. |
