BRUNSWICK STEW 
3 to 4 lg. potatoes
1 chopped onion
3 chicken breasts
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can sweet peas
1 bottle ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of hot sauce

Boil potatoes and onion together. When soft, mash potatoes into chunks. Add to a large pot that has the boiled and deboned and shredded apart chicken breasts. Add vegetables with juice from each can. Add remaining ingredients.

Simmer for 2 or 3 hours or until desired consistency. Excellent for the holidays. Freezes well.
