CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. white Karo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
18 - 20 c. popped popcorn

Combine sugar, butter and Karo in a saucepan and bowl for 5 minute. Add vanilla and stir; then add soda and stir until foamy. Pour syrup mixture over popcorn, stirring to cat evenly. Spread into 2 large flat pans. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees, turning every 15 minutes. When done, spread onto wax paper and cool; then break into small pieces. Store in air-tight container when completely cool.
