CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
5-6 qt. popped popcorn

Boil first 3 ingredients for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add next 3 ingredients, blend and pour over 5-6 quarts popped popcorn, mixing well. Spread on waxed paper or cookie sheet and allow to cool.
