BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
1 can water
8 oz. shredded cheese

Chop cabbage and put into greased dish. Brown beef and onion, drain off grease. Stir in rice pour over cabbage and cover with soup and water, and tabasco sauce. Season to taste. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour add cheese last 10 minutes.
