NAPA CABBAGE SALADE 
1 lg. Napa cabbage, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
2 pkg. dry Ramen noodles, broken
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 tsp. sesame seeds

Fry noodles, butter, and almonds until brown over medium heat, stirring often. Cool at room temperature. Add sesame seeds at the end of cooking time as they brown quickly.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

This is more than enough dressing, use only as much as you need. Sometimes I add fresh strawberry halves or mandarin orange sections.
