ZEPPOLI'S 
2 eggs
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 c. Ricotta or sour cream
Corn oil for frying

Beat eggs slightly, add remaining ingredients. Beat gently until sticky. Drop by 1/2 tablespoon into hot oil (oil should be a few inches deep), fry a few at a time, until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar.
