1 c. butter
1 lb. marshmallows
2 qt. popped popcorn
1 c. peanuts
1 c. M & M's
1 c. gum drops

Melt butter and marshmallows over low heat in saucepan. Combine next 4 ingredients in large bowl mixing well. Pour marshmallow mixture over all and stir. Form into balls and chill for a few hours.
