GRANDMA'S ZUCCHINI BREAD 
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 c. grated raw zucchini
3 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder

In a large bowl blend well oil and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Grate zucchini. In a separate bowl sift together dry ingredients. Gradually add this to the first mixture and beat well.

Pour into 2 greased and floured pans. Bake in preheated oven, 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
